We recently had a water leak in our kitchen and JG Home Improvements has been wonderful to work with so far! Josh, our project manager, and his team have been dependable and respectful! Josh has done a wonderful job keeping us informed and working with our insurance company. Thank you!
So far so good on my flooded basement. Hoping this nightmare is over soon.
I cannot tell how helpful Josh has been from JG! I know nothing about flooded basements or mold mitigation or chimney leaks. Josh walked me through the whole process explaining all my options and even came to my home when the insurance home adjuster came to inspect my property. He made sure my home would be properly taken care of and I can't thank him enough!
We had a toilet overflow in our second story bathroom that flooded downstairs. The folks at JG did a great job of walking us through what needed to be done. Once we got the OK to fix everything. JG did a great job of working with us to make our bathroom and upstairs even better than what we had before the flooding. I'd recommend JG Home Improvement to anyone looking to remodel or improve their home.
