🚨 WARNING: AVOID JG POOL AT ALL COSTS 🚨 Hiring JG Pool has been one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. I brought them in to install marble around my pool and backyard and to apply a French Gray finish inside the pool. The project started in October — it is now mid-December — and they STILL haven’t finished. Not even close. These guys are unprofessional from start to finish. We have had JG Pool servicing our pool for the last 10+ years. Jorge and his team are hard workers and very helpful. They are reliable with great follow-up and reliable scheduling. Pump replacement and concrete work had superior workmanship. Highly recommended.
Jorge and his team have been responsive and capable of opening, maintaining and servicing our pool for the past several years. They have fair pricing and are honest about the work needed as well as the cost. The whole team is friendly and eager to help. Alex is an excellent office manager and is great at communicating and responding to any needs.
It took me a few mistakes before I found JG Pool Service and I couldn't be happier with them. Nora and Jorge are so helpful and dependable. I will continue to use them for my above ground pool going forward.
we've been using JG Pool Service to take care of our pool for 10 years, and they've done a great job; the pool looks as good today as it did when we moved into the house 10 years ago; their weekly service keeps the water crystal clear, never a problem with cloudy water or algae growth on the sides of the pool; they are very responsive when you have a problem, and have repaired and replaced pumps, heaters, and valves, and resurfaced the pool, all with excellent results; I recommend them highly
