Troy was our on call plumber for the night. He was ignorant and unprofessional. He was unable to service unclog our toilets that our children clogged up and failed to provide any useful information we had been trying to gather for our water system. We will be discarding this company's information and will not be using them in the future.

Troy was terrible at his job, botched the installation of my gas dryer and took an excessive amount of time. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing and I wouldn't suggest him to anyone. He rushed through answering questions I had, leaving me more confused. Thank you for nothing, I'm extremely dissatisfied with his work and how he mishandled the job for this plumbing company.

Troy from this company was a complete amateur. His lack of experience, reluctance to share knowledge, and impatience in responding to my questions diminished my trust in his abilities. Furthermore, his unpleasant and unsociable demeanor was a disadvantage. I hardly value the plumbing job he executed and will be warning my buddies about his services.

Horrible company, they didn't show up until several hours after I contacted them, unlike other plumbers who responded immediately. I had a blocked toilet and shower to the point the toilet needed to be removed. Troy did a terrible job and left a mess behind. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Troy, the plumber from J&G Plumbing, was fantastic. He demonstrated great knowledge, professionalism, and provided valuable information. I found it refreshing that he was not overly aggressive in trying to sell extra services. The project in Orlando was completed swiftly, and given the high-quality work I experienced, I will definitely be using them for future needs. Thanks for your helpfulness, it's greatly appreciated.
