I’ve had such fun and terrific success with improving my fitness working with Janine at JG Fitness. Janine is very supportive and challenges me in all the right ways to set me up for success, and her facilities and her classes are exceptional, and in such a gorgeous setting. Very highly recommend!
Booked a session here while staying at 17 pounds country estate. Was a wonderful addition to our stay. Both relaxing and energetic with a bonus aqua aerobics session in the mineral pool. Highly recommend

I have thoroughly enjoyed Janine’s aqua wellness session. It was a great combination of magnesium pool exercising and relaxation with a magnesium foot bath and delicious home made refreshments. A thoroughly delightful way to spend the morning. Janine is a great instructor - really knows her stuff and the group had a great vibe. Highly recommend an outing to 17 Pounds Country Estate.
Such a fabulous few hours of absolute bliss. Love exercising in the magnesium pool and all the little pamper extras. Finishing off with delicious berries and home made fruit cake grown and baked by super hostess Janine. The experience would suit old and young! Perfect for a girls weekend away. Book early to save disappointment!
