As a single woman who owns her own home, it’s important to me to not be taken advantage of by companies because they see me as vulnerable. Let’s face it, they don’t often gouge men and of course I’m an easy target as a woman. I have used Graybill because I feel like they won’t do this to me. Chris K from Graybill came to our house to look at low water pressure in the master bathroom. He diagnosed the problem as being with our 20 year old water softener and acid neutralizer system in the basement. He was very knowledgable and helpful and we will definitely use Graybill again. Trent from Graybill then came out and tested our water for us, finding a different result than a local water treatment company had found. A third service provider agreed with Trent!
