JG Electric has become my go-to for all of my electrical needs. Most contractors get frustrated with me because I like to know what's going on each step of the way and I ask many questions. James is the best. He'll explain in detail with never a hint of frustration. With home projects it is so helpful to talk thru the "options" until you and your contractor are on the same page. James is 100% willing to take the time to do so. He goes that extra mile.
James is very knowledgeable and more importantly an honest and great person. I would highly recommend. Wish more businesses treated customers like JG Electric does.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. Gana was so nice and respectful on the phone and got me in so fast. James came out the next day and fixed everything in a timely manner, he also explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this company. They are fast, respectful, kind and very affordable. I found JG Electric online. When I called I got a call back that same day from Dana and James came out soon after to give us an estimate- that alone was impressive! James did a great professional job for us! He even had to deal with the town to get permits and forms and did it all for us. We definitely recommend this company and will be calling James for all our electrical needs in the future!
James arrived on time and got right to work. He thoroughly explained my options and was super communacative throughout the process to make sure he got it right. His prices for the job was definitely fair.
