My daughter's van was advertised as having full service history and paperwork it had no service history no log book no guarantee no paperwork at all not even a proper signed receipt my daughter kept been told they were on the way it posted them tomorrow everybody knows tomorrow never comes and neither did paperwork he just lies whatever you do avoid like the plague he has been reported I us to trading standards

Picked up the car with chips over the windscreen which I requested they fixed/replaced before I picked it up, which they didn’t despite assuring me this would be sorted. I then had to spend my own money getting a new windscreen and it then took a month for them to finally repay me, after numerous phone calls and messages. I just had one question from JG Direct Cars (aka: Matt) on phone. Is the car smoke free? He said on the phone, yes. When I checked the car at the dealer. There was a cup in the car with cigarette ashes and the car was very smelly... I didn't buy anything from this man. If he is lying about this too, what else is not true?
