Horrible communication within their own staff. Booked my daughter for a surgery, spoke to them 3 to 4 times over the phone and everyone confirmed the same i.e. surgery is scheduled and surgeon has seen the x-rays, he is ok with everything. Since it was a working day, my wife and daughter took off from work and when they reached on the day of the appointment, surgeon said, "never seen the x-rays and I can't do it without anaesthesia". I had a few sensitive teeth which needed filling and I was quite anxious about going to the dentist due to past traumatic and painful experiences. I am grateful to Dr Joan Lui who did the fillings and.more importantly it was a painless experience for me. I loved her calm approach, informing me of every procedural step and checking if I was ok along the way. Thanks Joan , you make a visit to the dentist an almost pleasurable experience knowing that any dental-related ssue will be discussed and dealt with professionally!
Got a filling here, lasted 2 years.
We went to this Dental clinic to get a loose cap refixed . On examination it turned out that the tooth had broken. The Doctor patiently dispelled our anxiety and suggested further procedures clearly and the cost involved. The procedure was carried out deftly and successfully. The charges were quite reasonable and were also reduced a bit due to our insurance with Bupa. Again visited after a fortnight for review and were not charged anything for that .
