Was looking for an estimate. Needed work on car. They contacted me to see about what was going on with my vehicle. Did let me know that they have done lot of what I needed done on my car. Made an appointment. They work with you on days and times. Which I think is a very good attribute. Made an appointment for Tuesday, so I dropped my daughters vehicle off Monday night so it would be there first thing. On Tuesday at approximately 5pm "they close at 5:30", I received a text for approval for diagnostic with price, I signed for that thinking they'll get to it Wednesday. No call Wednesday, so I called Thursday morning, and he said we called you and left a message (never received a call or voicemail) they needed a couple more hours for diagnostic so I gave permission again. Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! I needed front and rear brakes done on my Audi A3 and the gentleman at Superior not only got my Audi all fixed up, but they were finished within a day of getting it! It drives beautifully and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you to everyone at Superior Auto!!
