DO NOT EVER GO THERE absolutely terrible service my mom had her car taken there by tow truck 2 weeks ago and we still don't have it back they keep making up excuse after excuse like oh the guy left early or oh he came in at noon like no one cares about your excuses 2 weeks thats ridiculous like it shouldn't take 2 weeks to fix a car even tho we didnt pay for it the car dealership did there fed up with superior auto to you would have better luck taking your car to todds or any other mechanic
I called ahead and made a next day appointment with these guys. Dropped my van off in the morning and waited around all day to get a call from them letting me know about what needed to be done. They never called me. I made my way back to the shop around 330, and they never even had someone look at it. In my experience a shop will typically ALWAYS tell you if they're booked solid, and won't be able to get to your vehicle same day. Took care of my tie rods, upper control arms, and alignment that was needed. Great service, great prices.
Well so far I'm not impressed you still have my truck and keep giving a line to my neighbor it's next in line over 2 weeks now no actual contact from you to wen we ask how it's going .we are in poor health as it is with Verry limited money if you cannot do the job please tell us instead of giving us this run around.
