Joe and his team are fantastic! Knowledgeable and properly diagnosed the issues with my vehicle almost immediately. Glad to have someone experienced in Euro Domestics so close to home! Will be back next time for his white-glove service and get the car detailed!
Oh wow, I had an amazing experience with this business. Joe was awesome (not 100% sure if he’s the owner or not). Taking care of my car and going above and beyond what he needed to do. He’s also very transparent. I got a chance to see exactly what wasn’t working right with my car. It took me a while to find J&G on Google but I knew of it because I live nearby and see the signs. My husband got some work done on our car a couple of months ago. It was a smooth experience. The owner Joe is very professional! Definitely will make the trip again from Brooklyn.
I don't know what I can say Joe has been working on my car for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and explains what truly needs to be done on you car and doesn't chase the money he is honest which is hard to find and a master mechanic, also Jorge that works there is great as well. With Joe I can be at ease that my car is in his hands. I've not only gained a great mechanic, but also a friend. JG Auto Service 10 out of 10 definitely worth the Staten Island Toll
