Both of the ladies there made my daughter feel like a princess. They were very nice and friendly. They helped worked with a budget and answered all my questions.
Their customer service very poor . I purchased Gown and we didn't remove tha tage.nobody in my family like the gown we try to exchange but they said no . I wasted 360$. Think twice before you go to the Store.
The store was so nicely organized and had soo many beautiful dresses!! They were able to do customizations for a great price and the staff was the sweetest!! Everyone was so so kind and helpful!!

We drove 2 hours to visit Ragazza Couture, and it was 100% worth the trip. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
