Loved the service friendly atmosphere went in without appointment just looking around nothing in mind really. Was asked if we had a budget honestly we did I tried to keep under a certain amount as it happened to be a last minute decision on a quinceañera. This Store messed up on my alterations then when I tried to get a resolution they said they can’t help me, dress is final sale, I didn’t want my money back, I simply wanted a credit for another dress. Which they couldn’t do that either. So I’m stuck with a dress I will never use or like. It’s sad because I even bought my wedding dress here, I thought returning back as a returning customer they would reconsider but I was wrong. They loss my business and anyone I would refer.

Te mides el vestido de tus sueños, lo mandan hacer y es 100% igual a lo que viste la primera vez. Todo lo que ella tenia en mente lo encontramos aqui. No queda mas que esperar que se llegue la fecha para ver a mi hija en ese dia tan importante para ella. Excelente servicio por parte de las personas de la tienda, muy amables. Yo quedé fascinada desde la primera vez. Se los recomiendo 👌
