I have had the worst dealings with JFS construction and my project manager. Continued delays from the contractor they have hired and my project manager continues to make excuses for the delays. I'm contacting USAA as I type this to suggest they remove JFS from their referral program based off my dealings with JFS and the project manager Reece.

Zero stars. This company is terrible. If your insurance recommended them, ask for another. This company is plagued by delays, lack of communication, and dishonesty. First contacted this company 9/12/19, fired them by 10/28/19 as they never started the work but they cashed my deductible in early October. It is now late November and I haven't received a refund for my deductible. In fact I can't even get a call back.

They are one of the referred vendors in my area from USAA insurance. They came out right away to assess the damage and worked with us to replace our entire kitchen, den and walked us through the claim process. They have lots of experience with these types of restoration projects. All their specialty folks from the demo, flooring, painting, cabinets and countertops were professional and it's reflected in their work. Would I use them again? Of course, they are about to restore out master bath!
