Receiving mailing at least weekly so I decided to call. I am in the financial world so I know about mortgages. Representative wasn’t really happy when I was asking questions that was off his obvious script. Then gave him permission to pull my credit. BIG mistake. They did TWO hard pulls on my credit. I had my mortgage refinanced with JFQ Lending, and was a good deal. The only thing I have been calling them for the last 3 days, but no one to find.
I guess they're lucky the minimum is one star. I bought 3 properties, refinance 3 times all with different companies. This is the first time I'm spending time leaving a review. The lack of communication from their representatives is unfathomable. Moreover, when they do answer you only get generic responses and the usual, I'll research that and get back to you.
