During a rain & windstorm, I noticed our wooden fence had a noticeable lean to the east. While inspecting the fence, I found the 3 support posts to be compromised and inevitably would be unable to support the fence during the severe inclement weather. I contacted JFP and they ensured me they would be out first thing in the morning to rectify the situation. We had a catastrophic water leak in the upstairs bathroom. The work was done immediately so my renters did not have to leave. All the workers were very professional and polite. Everyone always showed up when they said they would. Had them do other repairs with good results. The best part is the cost was reasonable.
JFP came in when we needed it most! They helped us through insurance and getting a couple walls and our floor redone. They turned a disaster into a good experience. Thank you John and team! We also had them redo our deck as well and now I spend every morning enjoying the sun.
