Absolutely love the lessons I have received! Not only do I feel rejuvenated after each class, I continue to learn more about the practice. Julia’s voice is so calming to listen to and helps you get to that peaceful mindset you desire❤️❤️❤️
I am so happy to have found Julia. She is an excellent yoga instructor. I look forward to my yoga practice with her. She offers a variety of classes, YIN which focus on the chakras and YOGA in which we move through many poses and we always close with a meditation that leaves me feeling relaxed and centered. My husband always comments when I get home that I have HAPPY YOGA FACE. Thank you Julia!
