If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband’s experience with P&O Laboratories has been a waste of time and money. He was referred for custom nighttime splints and knee immobilizers due to a rare condition and from the start, the tech working with him seemed more focused on insurance than on understanding my husband’s medical needs. My prosthetic person has been Awsome! The office is sometimes a bit prickly, but that’s not a big deal! Erin has been Awsome!!
Terrible office who is extremely unhelpful. Check your coverage and ensure they code your medical visit to your insurance correctly. My mother was falsely charged and they have been nothing but a nightmare throughout this process. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do NOT go here
