I am a bilateral above knee amputee and I have been going here since late 2018….and this is my first time putting a review just for the fact that for some reason I noticed people have this establishment unfairly rated when they are all FANTASTIC here. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband’s experience with P&O Laboratories has been a waste of time and money. He was referred for custom nighttime splints and knee immobilizers due to a rare condition and from the start, the tech working with him seemed more focused on insurance than on understanding my husband’s medical needs. Despite repeated requests to communicate with his physician, there were long delays, poor communication, and no proactive follow-up from the office.
