Recently had a visit at JFK North Hospital and received exceptional service from my nurse Nico. He asked the right questions and spoke to me respectfully I felt very comfortable speaking with him. After speaking with Nico the registrar Destiny spoke with me in a upbeat manner and she lighten the mood of the visit I enjoyed speaking with her she very informative and attentive to detail. Thank you for the wonderful service I appreciate the staff here
My nurse Katelyn was amazing and kind . She was so patient with me despite the conditions I was in. The patient access rep Destiny was respectful and informative. I love the way Katelyn and Destiny worked together to get the information they needed from me. I left my ER visit feeling much better than the condition I arrived in.
I was recently seen in the ER for an eye infection and Destiny from the registration department was super helpful and understanding given my limited vision she explained all the documents I was signing. Thank you
Had an unexpected trip to the Emergency Room With my boyfriend and I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Keehn. He was so kind and thorough. Donna P the Director from Patient Access was also amazing! A bad situation was turned around by these wonderful people and caregivers.
Destiny and Michelle was very friendly and helpful!
