While visiting my brother last night in the ER, the nurses didn’t even introduce themselves upon entering the room, rolled their eyes, all of them had attitudes and carried such a nasty disposition. Everyone walking around has their employee badges turned backwards so you can’t see their names to report them. One nurse was verbally aggressive displaying such ignorance and unprofessionalism; that it made my blood pressure rise. I had to walk out. I would never go to JFK North. The ER nurses I encountered were horrible.

I was assaulted by staff members all because I wanted to leave. There’s nothing that causes for such behavior and it was not that I was unreasonable nor was I combative. One even bit me as they held me down and forced me to take a shot from a nurse. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with police nor allow me to leave. Bianca Moore is a patient there and was bullied by male cna , who talked to her rudely and made her pick things up that were put down. By a nurse just because he thought he had the right to bully a woman patient and be little her. Mr t Also one lady worker was rude to her also because I told her to tell him she did not have to accept that behavior and it would not be tolerated, either a local lawyer could contact them or media . When this hospital was called Columbia hospital the staff was great. I don’t know what happened over the years but the staff is horrible. I came in yesterday with stomach issues vomiting my sugars were high blood pressure high. The ER worked on me and got everything stabled. I was moved upstairs to the 2nd floor because I was admitted. Charlyne made the transition very comfortable. She was very nice she explained what was going on and who my nurse and Dr would be.
