i am so happy with the compassionate care and kindness shown to me and my mother. The hospital staff helped us celebrate her birthday singing, bringing her lunch and a special cake. Everyone communicated with us and kept us informed. The care was wonderful. Kereshia, our outstanding PCT was caring and made the team aware of this important milstone, 100 years young. Thank you so much. I really love this hospital. They have treated many of my family members and its always great. This is our hospital of choice. Great food too!

I’ve been here 8 times since December for the same issues and they do nothing for me every time I come in. They tell me I’m fine and send me home when I’m screaming in pain

I had to visit this ER two days in a row. The first night, the staff was attentive and professional. I was discharged with instructions to return if my symptoms worsened—which they did—so I came back the following afternoon. This time, the experience was completely different. I was placed in a triage room where I could clearly hear both the nurse and the doctor, Dr. Mazyar Rouhani, openly complaining about how busy and understaffed they were.
