THINK TWICE!!! Well what started out to be a good Reno after an awful one, we went with JFK thinking they would be more professional and we were fooled! We are going on three years with a fireplace that doesn’t work properly and now not getting response from them and when I have gotten a response it is “we are soooo busy - sorry for the delay - we will get all (yes more than one issue) fixed in the next week, and then the next week and now months go by without hearing back - extremely disappointed!!!! ☹️

Stellar work from Issac, Peter and John on our 8 windows, 2 doors and 1 egress construction. They were professional, jovial and took great care with their work. Ray was an exceptional salesperson and provided all the direction needed. We couldn’t be happier!!
