My wife and I have used JFK Construction since 2005 after a recommendation from a US Marine/realtor friend of ours who had used Fred. His first project was to renovate our third-floor into a games room/TV area and storage. We used Fred again in 2009 to build a coffered ceiling in our Family room. There are learning experiences ~ this was a landmark for us & stressful, stressful & did I say stressful. Lesson learned. We expected JFK to supervise and check up on the progress of his subcontractors. He did not and when we told him there were severe issues (see photos) he told us to deal with "Randy" ourselves. When we showed him the actual photos he was shocked. Finally my husband demanded he come to the house and inspect the jobs. He down played the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship. I highly recommend JFK Construction Company for construction work around your home. My husband and I had the company build a large screened in porch to the back of our house and I could not be happier. The men were professional and courteous; the work was excellent and done according to schedule. The owner, Fred Katz, paid frequent trips to oversee that the work was done to his specifications.
