Shop where you’re celebrated, not tolerated! I try my best not to shop here . The owner treats everyone that comes in as a criminal that automatically wants to steal. While I do understand that people do steal - it is unsettling that EVERY CUSTOMER is thought of disparagingly as soon as they walk in that door. I try to support small businesses but I must only support those that support me and the community. Sadly even in 2026, they happily take our money while viewing us as lesser than.
I would say it's more like a 3.5. I'll give them credit for being open at 9 a.m. that's a plus. The store is a little dingy but I don't know how much they can do about the unit that they rent. It's a pretty small store compared to what I'm used to but as far as hair stores goes it's pretty much the norm.
The asian guy working was very disrespectful and yelled at me when i opened the box by accident.
Clean well organized. And staff was helpful and polite. They have a large selection of products for all hair types
