Greg and the team at JFC Downtown Autopro were excellent to deal with. They got my car in quickly after I had an unexpected flat tire, kept me informed throughout the repair, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a shop that provides both great service and honest communication. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

I purchased a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection. I am very satisfied with the results of the inspection and the customer service provided. The report is organized and includes photos showcasing the findings. The pictures and information provided was very detailed. The inspection saved me $12, 500 so I am extremely glad I got it. Greg and the team at JFC AUTOPRO literally saved me $1,300. I own a certain make of vehicle (starts with an A 👀) and had previously been taking it to the dealership for oil changes and regular maintenance. The staff here provide excellent service, they are transparent with answers to the many questions I've had, and provide thorough information in their write-up post-inspection of a vehicle.
