I am very pleased with the service done at JFC Downtown Autopro. They fixed up my SUV ahead of schedule for less than the original estimate. Greg and his guys explained clearly what needed to be done and what could wait till later. It's comforting to have my vehicle back in safe running condition again.
We are on a road trip and as we passed through Kelowna we had some car issues. They got us in straight away, explained the issues to us super clearly and finished working on the car a day earlier than expected so we could get back on the road. We appreciate everything Greg and the team did for us and highly recommend!

Took my car in for an out of province inspection and I was fully expecting to be upsold on everything because that’s my experience with mechanics in the past. That wasn’t the case at all! They gave me the bad news and talked to me like a person instead of a credit card. I will not be going to any other mechanics for any car issues I have going forward! Great job guys. It’s incredible to see people passionate about what they do and so down to earth and friendly at the same time.
Great service! JFC handled my transmission replacement on my truck. They were able to deal with all the warranty steps, and they got it done in a very timely manner. Consistent updates during the process. They are honest and upfront about any charges. I have been bringing my vehicles here for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with the outcome.
