The staff here provide excellent service, they are transparent with answers to the many questions I've had, and provide thorough information in their write-up post-inspection of a vehicle. My car is an absolute beater so some of those write-ups have been looooong. I purchased a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection. I am very satisfied with the results of the inspection and the customer service provided. The report is organized and includes photos showcasing the findings. The pictures and information provided was very detailed. The inspection saved me $12, 500 so I am extremely glad I got it. I had left a good review earlier with the expectation that the work promised would be completed. Sadly the storey changed at the end. More money was needed even though the diagnostics done said it was an easy repair. We had a muffler installed with some delays because the wrong part was ordered. During conversation at the time it was mentioned the windshield pump wasn't working properly.
