Customer service from Greg is a 0/10. I have reached out numerous times via phone text and email, no response. Greg is not interested in selling his vehicles. Terrible experience
Had a great experience at Johnson Fine Cars, Grey and Ilya were both awesome to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car here in Kelowna
We are new to Kelowna from Vancouver and got to experience this small city, high service level which is like nothing we’ve experienced before. We dealt with Ilya and Greg through the process of buying a car for our son and it was low pressure, no hassle, and fully transparent (car fax, inspection and work done on vehicle shared). We recommended JFC to friends of ours and they bought a car for their daughter from JFC the following week!
