Warning to Other Subcontractors: We completed a project for JFA in Perryton, TX on Christmas Eve, after the owner insisted it was urgent and had to be done that day. We delivered the work as promised. Now, 8 months later, we still have not been paid. The invoice has accumulated 6 months of late fees due to nonpayment.
