Oscar was very responsive at first. He came out and looked at the room, gave me a quote and we scheduled a time. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time and stripped the old wallpaper. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. After a two hour lunch, he wallpapered the dining room very quickly. When he wrapped up, I was on a work call so I paid him. Oscar did a fantastic job on our nursery accent wall! He was very communicative throughout the quoting and installation process. I appreciated that we were able to communicate via text message instead of phone calls. We ordered the peel and stick paper online from WallHue and then he installed it with ease in just over an hour. It came out great! I reached out to several companies for wallpaper quotes. Oscar was the only one to show up in person and gather measurements to advise on how much wallpaper to order and provide an accurate quote. He was on time, professional, and courteous and he did a great job!
I highly recommend JF Wallcovering! Oscar and his crew did an incredible job painting and hanging wallpaper in my home. They were responsive, prompt, and professional and the work was very high quality. I would absolutely work with JF Wallcovering again.
