I reached out to this group for a repair of our trex staircase over 3 weeks ago which included pictures and details of our problem. The person that came out for the estimate let me know he wasn’t familiar with the product but would take notes to give to the person who was and I’d get an estimate in 3-4 days. He said metal was his specialty and recommended a metal staircase (est 12-14K and in direct afternoon sun). I never heard back so 1.5 weeks ago reached out to check on the estimate. Through and through a great experience and would highly recommend. Some other quotes tried to overdo things and missed what we were needing.
