The project was excellent from the first phone call. The new bannister is both functional and adds a beautiful entrance to my stairway. Five stair job.
JF Stairs was absolutely awesome!!! It was nice to deal with a contractor that answered the phone and was always quick to respond. Gleisson in the office with communication and helping with the logistic was a superstar. Jorge made a site visit and help with the design aspect and presented us with some new ideas and was never pushy. The onsite installers were very professional and did a great job. Excellent experience from start to finish! I had an urgent safety situation with an interior staircase. Gleisson was very professional, friendly, responsive, and helpful in answering all my questions and due to the safety hazards they prioritized coming out quickly to build a new staircase. The team that came out did great, quality work and was also very helpful and friendly. Dealing with JF Stairs was nothing short of exemplary! The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. And our banister looks amazing! 10/10
JF Stairs has done two major projects for me with sheer professionalism! The first project was an interior stair railing installation. It was perfectly completed. The second project was very complicated requiring individual stair measurements to replace a stair skirting. They did an excellent job. Their communication is also always great. They show up on time and get their work done. I will be using them again soon. It was a pleasure working with them.
