On Tuesday, March 17, I visited the store to have lenses fitted into a new frame. The owner was very polite, and the whole in-store experience was smooth and pleasant. I was told that the glasses would be ready in about three days. A week later, by the following Tuesday, I still had not received any pickup notification via email or SMS, so I called to check.
