This was my first time having an eye check in Australia, so I felt quite nervous at first. However, Jonathan was extremely friendly, gentle, and reassuring. He carefully explained every part of the examination, which made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable. The staff were also very considerate and thoughtful. Since I don’t have Medicare, she kindly helped me with my student insurance by printing my receipt and also emailing me a copy. That made me feel very supported and reassured.
