My BMW X3 had been in an accident in Baltimore and the Baltimore Auto Body And Collision Center returned it to me with missing parts , harness dangling and overall shoddy work resulting with the engine light coming in and needing serviced. Quality service. I picked up a project car and wanted to get a professional assessment, and matching service. J&F does the work with transparency and makes great recommendations, while keeping it real on what you’re looking at $$$-wise in the future. I’m also impressed that J&F follows up to check on how your car is doing. Have never run into that with a shop. Lucky to have this resource now that I’m in the DMV.

Our second experience with J&F was as good and trust-affirming as the first. Recommended to us by a knowledgeable friend, J&F once again lived up to our expectations. They could easily have upsold us on a repair that really wasn't needed, but instead sought and executed a less expensive solution that gives us all we need at a much lower price. We remain very glad we found them and will return whenever our car needs routine or non-routine service.
