I’ve long had my cars serviced by J & F. They’re the very best BMW guys in the DC area, hands down.
Got an extremely overpriced oil change and with that a quote for an engine mount repair: $440 for the part, $900 for labor. Bought the part myself for $275 and installed it in under 4 hours. Asked if they could just quickly reset a code, quoted $90 for labor. It takes literally 30 seconds. They do good work which is why it's 2 stars and not 1, but be prepared to pay 2-3x average prices and make sure you know exactly what their labor charges are before agreeing to anything. This Organization and Management Team know how to treat a customer in order to establish repeat business. Everyone I interact with are polite and professional and know the business. And their technical repair work is excellent. I even like the detailed Service Invoice.
