I had an awful experience. I'm terribly disappointed in the job and made the mistake of paying cash....hard lesson learned. :-( The install was a nightmare! They mis-cut the granite twice. No template was taken. We had to replace a brand new $399 kitchen sink because of their mistake. The sink isn't centered under the window. They had to put a back splash up to cover the gap which looks terrible over previous tile. The installers were difficult to communicate with.
