His prices used to be very reasonable before. I recently took a couple of pieces of jewelry to repair at his new location, his estimated price was very high. I had the work done at another jeweler for less than half of what he was asking for.
This guy is great with all my watches, and he's made a few custom jewelry pieces for me. Great guy!
I called the store and asked how much to replace a watch battery. The man (presumably the owner) said $10 but depended on the number of batteries. I knew my watch required only one battery so I drove to his store arriving within 30 minutes of the phone call. When I showed the man my watch he requested $15 and wouldn't budge. He is very friendly, remembers you, and his work is amazing. He fixed one ring I had problems with and I haven't needed any more repairs for it.
