I have repeatedly called this phone number anywhere between now and the beginning of the year. It's always gone to voicemail, and the calls were not once returned. Why do businesses operate like this?
I called Friday evening after 5pm and Ronnie Frye answered. I needed two deadbolts locks replaced. I already had purchased the locks but being very uninclined to handywork I needed an expert. Ronnie responded in under and hour and jumped right in. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness so much. I will definitely refer everyone I know in need of handyman services to this company!
asked for a quote on rebuilding the deck on our house, was told it would take a week for the quote to be ready, reached out after a week and no response, was told again our quote would be finished that night and he would be in touch...we never heard back and went with another contractor who provided a quote within 3 days.
Excellent service every time! John and crew cleaned my gutters to perfection and fixed the dry rot issue I had in the front entry of my home. For the dry rot project, they sealed, sanded, and painted with no mess for me to clean! If you need handyman services for your residence, contact John!
