I’m very disappointed I ordered stuff for a bathroom and few things came damaged not big deal but now they do not want to help getting it replaced and workers there do want to help be aware this happened at Washington branch and was a damaged medicine cabinet and I sent pictures to them like a month ago I reached out to them and still don’t want help get damaged replced

This place does not follow the fundamentals they claim to live by. If you feel overwhelmed to the point of a breakdown in the middle of the work day and go to HR to try and calm down, you will be punished by getting terminated for “culture” but don’t ask them what that means because they won’t answer it nor show you the policies and will say “we’re not here to argue”.
