I own a plumbing business and been doing business with place for probably 16 years in another state and have purchased products on a monthly basis in different locations of WV, PA, OH . You might as well be talking to a bunch of 2 year olds if you need something changed on there app as far as passwords ECT, They don't respond to any emails at all , I have emailed them over 26 times about the app and my password / email / username and no one responded back. This place does not follow the fundamentals they claim to live by. If you feel overwhelmed to the point of a breakdown in the middle of the work day and go to HR to try and calm down, you will be punished by getting terminated for “culture” but don’t ask them what that means because they won’t answer it nor show you the policies and will say “we’re not here to argue”. It's a great place to work. But unfortunately I said something stupid and I got fired deservingly! If I ever have one more chance I would be the best employee that I could! Now please help me out I will work hard for everybody employees and customers no matter what it takes!
My experience while working for the company. I was with the company for 1-year 2023- 2024 starting pay 24$ left making 25$... pay was okay but if you are making less than I really feel sorry for those because the work is not easy for a billion-dollar company.
