Scott was outstanding! He was calm and reassuring, unblocked the drain quickly, showed me what the problem was (roots from the privet hedge had grown into and blocked the drain) and suggested I check the drain regularly going forward. This was really educational and very useful information. His clean up was pristine. I cannot recommend Scott enough. He's efficient, professional and a genuinely nice guy. What more could you ask for?

I have called upon JF drainage twice now. First I had a leaking pipe, which wasn’t as straightforward as first thought. Secondly, I had standing rainwater outside my back door which required Aco drains. Scott completed both jobs. He is polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, and cleans up well once the job is completed.
