Jamie is the best body work therapist I’ve worked with. She is very adept at multiple modalities. She has a great sense for what my body needs. Highly recommend.
My experience with Jamie was undoubtedly a 10/10! She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and very methodical in her approach to helping take care of the body. We had a great dialogue during the treatment and she provided me with a lot of new information about issues I was having and how to approach them going forward. Already looking forward to my next treatment!!
Jamie is very knowledgable and listens really well. Helped me notice several things I was not aware of. Such a pro experience. Cannot recommend enough!
Amazing! Jamie is very knowledgeable about movement. My very first session helped to identify some problem areas I didn't realize were there. The massage also helped to loosen up some range of motion. Looking forward to the next session!
