Had a basement flooding emergency in the middle of the night that I was able to contain but only temporarily. Left a message and was called back and fixed first thing in the morning. Could not have asked for better service!

A simple return phone call to say you're too busy is not only respectful but can save a reputation as well. "Shop local" is a catchy slogan that only works when local vendors want to work.
