We called Dan at 7am on a Saturday morning, he called us back within 30 min and had our AC fixed by 9am. He was professional, kind and quick! We can’t say enough good things about Dan and will be using him in the future. He was also very reasonably priced!
Owner should retire and wife/ofc mgr is more concerned about reviews than actually following up on e-mails, quote requests or emergency phone calls. I finally got a call back after an email request for a quote was ignored and I left a review to warn others not to waste their time. I received a seemingly genuine apology so I had them over to the house to quote. He didn't seem all that keen on a ductless split install so I let it go. Had a basement flooding emergency in the middle of the night that I was able to contain but only temporarily. Left a message and was called back and fixed first thing in the morning. Could not have asked for better service!
