Had a basement flooding emergency in the middle of the night that I was able to contain but only temporarily. Left a message and was called back and fixed first thing in the morning. Could not have asked for better service!
Uninterested in new business. They can't be bothered to return messages as they also aren't available during business hours. A simple return phone call to say you're too busy is not only respectful but can save a reputation as well. "Shop local" is a catchy slogan that only works when local vendors want to work.
