Very disappointing experience with Jez Motors. The customer service was terrible, and the owners were rude and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and my concerns were ignored. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please do your research before buying a vehicle here. Please stay away!!!! I travelled all the way from Wellington to Auckland to view and potentially purchase a vehicle that I had been discussing with the salesperson for over a week. Despite knowing of my travel plans and my interest in the car, the dealership sold the vehicle to another buyer before my arrival. What made the situation even more frustrating was that nobody contacted me to let me know the car had been sold. I had an excellent experience with this car dealer. They were highly professional and provided outstanding customer service.
