Working with Ashley Hunt has been seamless. I have spoken with her and I have exchanged emails. She is prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and has helped make this otherwise painful process a breeze.
Tech showed up on time, easily completed the work on my treadmill and had it back in shape to use within a half hour. Job was well done.
First of all the gentleman ( Paul ) that came out to service our treadmill in our home was exceptional. A decent man that had a vast amount of knowledge to handle the situation. This was no small job by any standards. It took hours! and two days of him having to come back once the parts came in. He got right to business and finished with a 10 star as far as we're concerned!
