IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! Mercy Health, more like Mercy me I can’t pay their facility fee! Got charged $2600 for the facility cost and $1800 for the actual procedure (7 stitches) That’s $4400 before insurance (600 per stitch) Being that it was was February, of course my insurance decuctibe was at $0 but hold up… let’s think about this facilities cost… did u see what I said about $2600? This was the best experience I've ever had at emergency room.
I would never recommend ANY one to go here. I was seen by Colleen Arnold and woods curry. Colleen is a resident. Woods curry is a physician that popped his head and saw me for maybe 1 minute. The nursing staff was unpleasant. I had a head injury, nose injury and a lip injury that needed stitches. Colleen did not use a sterile technique nor clean the wound properly. All that she used to clean the wound was saline. She numbed me up and proceeded to stitch. She told me that there were no antibiotics needed (although the mouth i... read more
