Disorganized and does not priorize relationship with patients. Unless it is the most basic item, likely a water of time and money, especially if you are travelling from far away. At this point, months later, I still have no idea what they did with my money. Looking elsewhere for help.

I had my first visit with Dr. Abell in 3/2020. He was very patient and kind, however the office staff never answer phones or return any voicemails. I left messages 3 days in a row for 2 different people and finally get a voicemail back not even relating to my tests I had done. Still no answers to my gastric emptying test, follow up appt or anything!! Do not go there or you will be highly frustrated and disappointed! Per my PCP’s recommendation I am going to get my medical records and go to Cincinnati.

I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years. I had a stimulater placed that worked wonders. I don't know what has happened since then. I recently was told that my stimulater battery is low, about 2 weeks ago. I went in because my symptoms were returning, and I haven't been able to eat without getting sick. My physician told me I would need a battery replacement and that we would be able to get me scheduled within a few weeks. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard anything from anyone.
