I am new to all this but I get a home visit by Therapist and she is Fantastic her name is Kate I also go into JFCS to see Dr. Jones they are always busy , but I always see kindness and courtesy .

I just read the first two reviews and was actually shocked by what I read. I have been going to this clinic for almost 5 months now and I have been treated with nothing but intelligent, up to date assistance, from very caring and supportive staff. I have been to other clinics for my PTSD and have been to several psychiatrists, and, though they were helpful, I found the JFCS to be outstanding in every way. JFC has been very unstable in their services for parent aides. They have not complied with court in visitation with a client. They have missed a month of visits. The children in this case have been distraught by not being able to see their mother especially through the holidays. They are punishing the kids as well as the mother. Im very disappointed in their services in accomadating families min crisis.
Of no help, I used to be a donator to this organization. When called to seek help was told sorry we are booked and only see medicaid patients. What? They are a disgrace.

He claimed my voice sounded that way {????}. Ok. I should have realized it was time to leave right then but I didnt. That is how odd this place is. You can look at someone {Joe} at close-range no less and you are absolutely not crying, your face is normal and dry but they will insist {about 3 times in my case}, that you ARE crying. OK, who ... read more
Youll be treated kind of like a drug addict or a questionable person {oh-so politely of course, but its all the same}. They ask for urine samples, blood tests, they ask strange questions. They look for any reason to think anything bad about you. Theyll claim the blood tests are for your "health". They interview you at the intake appointment, then when you finally see a nurse at a later date they go over all the questions again { like you are being cross-examined}. Im used to seeing a different type of psychiatry office just ... read more
