Could not have asked for better service after crunching out a taillight which also damaged the surrounding area in our brand new Hyundai Tucson. Don is very accommodating, straightforward and personal in his dealings with his customers. His shop is clean and well organized, and he takes pride in that fact. I think this place is a well run great business. I haven't brought my car in yet for the job but I was treated really well when I went to make the appointment. When my car was hit and I knew I was going to need repairs everyone I knew told me to go to Jewett's Auto Body. Everyone I asked for an opinion told me to go there. I will add a before and after photo when the repairs are done.
Great work by the team! Don was so incredibly patient and helpful in helping me navigate my first accident. He worked so quickly with USAA and had everything done in under 2 weeks. My car looks like new again and I'm very happy with both the work and customer service. Thanks!
10/10 would wreck my car in vermont again! Or rather, if I had to wreck my car anywhere in the world, I'd hope it's near Williamstown. I got in a wreck while on vacation in the middle of winter in VT. First ever wreck, first time doing anything with car insurance, all while my in-state friends are busy and my parents are over 100 miles away. Jewett’s Auto Body fixed my daughter’s car after an accident while on vacation. We live several states away. Jewett’s was kind to my teen, and helped her navigate the process. They were great about communicating along the way. The work was excellently done. Don was friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough.
