They don’t care about you They just have more stars than they really deserve
Unacceptable wait times because "they ran out of rooms." This was intentional to double and triple book doctors to make as much money as possible. Disrespectful. Do better, Orlando Health. Intentionally overbooking is unethical.
I made my initial appointment with Dr. Brown, but never saw him until the morning of my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery. The day is my surgery he didn’t even introduce himself to me. I’ve had several mayor issues with my hands and wrists after the surgery and never was able to see him. I ended up switching to a different surgeon with Jewett in their clinic downtown.
