Ok so went on a holiday in February. Was in a bit of a tizzy because I lost a necklace I had gotten here years before (I wore it everyday). Showed Mr. Teddy a rather fuzzy picture of my old necklace, he drew a sketch, and made a new one that same day. I think that the new one is even better. Thank y’all very much for my new necklace. I appreciate your patience and kindness.

This company had super quick responses, were great with notifications and communication. They were very time efficient in repairing my jewelry and a great job.
