Old Town Jewels hosted us for a company retreat, and dazzled us with their kindness, service and expertise. They spent time with each of us individually giving us guidance and advice to help us select something very personal. What a fabulous place, with fantastic people that made for such a wonderful experience.
My mom and I were looking for a silversmith to add a bail to a Zuni owl pendant I had purchased for her as a gift. A nearby store recommended we visit Jewels of the West. We are SO glad we did. While we waited their expert silversmith added the bail, resized a ring, made some changes to earrings we purchased there, and smoothed out a cuff that had a rough edge. We purchased several beautiful pieces including 2 amazing pendants that were made in-house. We are now lifelong customers.
Fabulous display, and ladies were so helpful and kind ! Had just come from Silver Kiva and was highly dissatisfied with the experience. This shop was exactly what I was looking for and I purchased a beautiful pair of conch earrings and a native made necklace ! Will definitely look into their Etsy shop and purchasing online since I am visiting from out of town ! 100 % recommend shopping here for quality sterling silver and beautiful stone jewelry !

Live in South Korea and needed two necklace pieces repaired. Found them on internet and needed to have speedy service as flying home next day. My pieces repaired in 3 hours!
