Interesting conversation of finding a hair stylist. I don't think they answered the phone when I called. They were probably just really busy.
I’ve called numerous times and only once was I able to get through. I was told I would receive a text with a time for an appointment and never received it. Not even my emails were responded to. Is this really even a business?
I am so disappointed to leave a one star review. I picked this location because I saw they appeared to be new and based on their menu options my hair needs most likely wouldn't be an issue. I started to book with Alethea but I noticed there was a 2nd stylist whom I had not seen any reviews for. Oct 2023 was my first appointment & I was ref’d by another stylist who didn’t do indian braids. That worked out GREAT! I’ve never had to jump Stylists bc Alethea does it all!! Where do I start?!? Wow!! Alethea goes ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my hair is healthy FIRST even if that means we have to adjust the style. She is all about ensuring your hair is the best version of where you are and what you need (ie: lifestyle).
