Nov 19, 2024 warning ‼️ had to change my review. Kris did quite the sales job in me with a diamond necklace. Talked me into making payments until 10/15; we both signed the agreement. I paid off total amount of $4500 on 9/30/24. Started making calls in Icy & left msgs--cannot get anyone to answer their phones!! Kris finally called 11/11 said the items were being shipped 11/12 & i would receive Friday 11/15. Nothing! And again nothing today! Have to call Capital One fraud department!! UGH!! I am so upset!!!
