Worst service ever. Did not listen. I put a ring from a key chain to keep my necklace together. Asked him to put the right thing on. Still there. How does a jeweler not see that. It doesn't belong. Wow.
I have been in jewelry buying and sales for over 25 years. I'm newer to the area needing a simple ring repair and an item polished. The shop i usually use is too far away. I had called and they said that my items were ready to be picked up and we're completed.I questioned the black marks on the polished silver item. He didn't even look at it and said with an attitude it was finished. The lady at the counter proceeded to wipe off the marks. Very friendly and very good Services recommendation for everybody to use
I've been going to J & W Services for years for all of my watch repairs and battery replacement needs. Slava and his wife are very nice and knowledgeable.
Gentleman Slava is indeed an excellent skilled watchmaker and repair serviceman. Reasonable and professional! Highly recommend! My watch band for my Citizen was fixed and repaired in less than 10 minutes.
