My Bulova had a piece of metal come loose and stopped the watch from working. I've owned this watch since 2010 and love it. I went online and called around looking for repair quotes. $100 to $200 was the most common response. When I brought my watch in to this store I was quoted $50 to $60. So I had them repair it. When I picked it up the next day, the bill was only $25. If you need your watch repaired this store is the best.

I had to visit 3 jewelers before finding someone to size a sterling silver heirloom piece before landing here. Drop off was quick, including selecting a size. It was ready within a week and I assume pick up was smooth (my husband picked it up for me). The work looks great. I had a specific request that the ring not be polished(just the band after resizing), as I wanted to keep all of the 'character' of my grandmother's ring.
