I like supporting small businesses because they are the backbone of our economy. But here there is poor attitude, no sense of customer service & charges nearly double what other places charge for fixing gold jewelry & replacing battery. Take your business where they’ll appreciate customers & treat you with respect.
My Bulova had a piece of metal come loose and stopped the watch from working. I've owned this watch since 2010 and love it. I went online and called around looking for repair quotes. $100 to $200 was the most common response. When I brought my watch in to this store I was quoted $50 to $60. So I had them repair it. When I picked it up the next day, the bill was only $25. If you need your watch repaired this store is the best.
