Updated review: They fixed all my issues in less than a day. Customer service 11/10 Price 10/10 Time 10/10 (compared to other local jewelers) Craftsmanship 5/10 (idk how the jeweler thought it was adequate enough to give back the first time) It seems as though this was probably a one time error on their part. 5 stars for being super helpful and kind for righting my complaint. Have been going to this store for many years. Have bought fine jewelry there, costume jewelry... all at reasonable prices. Never pushy, always listens to what I want and how much I want to spend. Presently having a diamond cocktail ring redesigned into a beautiful pendent which Vince, the owner, designed for me. This store is a godsend.
I have such a great experience every time I come here. Great service, expertise, and selection!
