I have never been treated so poorly by a business, especially during such an important moment in my life. A week before my wedding in the Scranton area, I called to arrange a cleaning for my wedding ring. I live out of town and didn’t purchase my ring here, but the owner agreed to clean it. When I called to confirm on the day I desperately needed it done, he refused to guarantee to make time because I hadn’t bought the ring there. I just went to the jewelry room today to get my broken chain fixed. The man working there fixed my chain in only a couple minutes and didn’t even charge me. Strongly Recommend.
The owner was helpful and made with quick time to restring 2 of my rosaries. He provided spacers I had missing and contributed 4 beads that I was also missing. All of which fit the style of the existing beads. I've recommended this jewelry room to anyone that brought up jewelry issues to me.
