Dave is a skilled craftsman and maintains a shop of exquisite pieces for sale. I appreciate the care he’s taken in fixing bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and even restringing part of a broken necklace to be a gift for my niece.
I have never been treated so poorly by a business, especially during such an important moment in my life. A week before my wedding in the Scranton area, I called to arrange a cleaning for my wedding ring. I live out of town and didn’t purchase my ring here, but the owner agreed to clean it. When I called to confirm on the day I desperately needed it done, he refused to guarantee to make time because I hadn’t bought the ring there. I just went to the jewelry room today to get my broken chain fixed. The man working there fixed my chain in only a couple minutes and didn’t even charge me. Strongly Recommend.
