I was referred to Ryan by a coworker that uses him as their jeweler. I bought an engagement ring from him and he said he would provide papers and appraisal. I also bought a wedding band for the engagement ring once married. Ryan never provided papers for the ring. We asked him multiple times to appraise the ring so we can get it insured. Ryan listened, took notes, gave me options and created a unique piece that exceeded my expectations. And he did on a tight timeline as I was only visiting Scottsdale for a few weeks.
