I was referred to Ryan by a coworker that uses him as their jeweler. I bought an engagement ring from him and he said he would provide papers and appraisal. I also bought a wedding band for the engagement ring once married. Ryan never provided papers for the ring. We asked him multiple times to appraise the ring so we can get it insured.
