From the moment I was greeted, I was treated like I was going to spend thousands of dollars on the gorgeous jewelry displayed. All I needed was a new gasket and the back of my watch put back in place. Ryan looked at the situation, said he could do it pretty quickly and he would text me when done. Less than an hour later, I got the text and walked back. Perfection. I could not have been treated any better. Highly recommend.
If I could give this guy 100 stars I would. Ryan was so incredibly helpful I don’t know where to begin. Buying jewelry can be really overwhelming and it’s a big investment. I can promise you though this is a diamond in the rough (pun intended). Ryan is so knowledgeable and he understands how to guide and give suggestions from start to finish. 10 out of 10 recommend Ryan … five stars… six stars if that’s a thing! Ryan exceeded our expectations for product and service! We bought our engagement and wedding rings with Ryan - he made the process so incredibly easy and effortless - his knowledge and guidance was so awesome, we gave him an “idea” of what we wanted and he crushed it making it a reality for us! We really appreciated the whole process and are so happy with our rings!!

I was referred to Ryan by a coworker that uses him as their jeweler. I bought an engagement ring from him and he said he would provide papers and appraisal. I also bought a wedding band for the engagement ring once married. Ryan never provided papers for the ring. We asked him multiple times to appraise the ring so we can get it insured. We asked many times and even dropped it off to get the engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. No appraisal or acknowledgement of us asking to get it appraised.
